Use a special diet for 24 hours!!!
This diet promises reduce flatulence to those who have problems with the stomach and control a normal body weight. It helps the dwindling of the stomach that looks like it was full of gas.
Breakfast:
- Oatmeal and 1 cup of berry fruit or
- 2 hard boiled eggs 1 cup of berry fruit.
Snack:
- Small cup of nuts and 1 orange or
- Celery sticks with 2 teaspoons peanut butter
Lunch:
- 1 bowl of mixed leaf lettuce, 1 cucumber, 2 tomatoes, 2 small grated carrots 1 avocado, and one hard-boiled egg, a small spoon of various seeds such as pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, oil and lemon.
Snacks:
- 2 dl yogurt with cinnamon or
- A cup of chopped fresh cucumber with peel and two tablespoons of yogurt
Dinner:
- Roast fillet of salmon, milled spinach with raspberry butter and garlic, roasted vegetables
Diet can be repeated up to 3 days in a row.
